Delivery & Returns

Domestic Shipping (U.S. & USVI)

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS with full insurance and signature confirmation. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority. All international shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AST are typically shipped the same business day. Custom and special-order pieces may require additional production time — we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Package Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the FedEx or UPS website. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact us.

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

• Unworn and in its original condition
• In original packaging with all certificates and documentation
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Free of any alterations, engravings, or resizing

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom and personalized pieces
• Special orders
• Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered
• Items purchased during a clearance or final sale event

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, style, or item of equal value. If you would like to exchange for an item of greater value, you will be charged the difference. Please contact us to arrange your exchange.
